Ortega An Ortega addition	Ponte Vedra Pontevedra kitchen and family room remodel	Ortega New home breaking ground December 1 (Updated February 28.)	Arlington New home started November 1 (Updated March 8.)
Ortega This charming Ortega home will undergo massive remodeling to include: raising the ceiling almost 2 feet, expanding the living area, adding a guest bath, remodeling the kitchen, 4 bedrooms. and 2 other baths. Complete remodel and expansion in Ortega starting December 1. (Updated February 19.) Existing Family Room will be converted into a spacious Library. These doors will be removed and the exterior wall pushed out. The Library is ready to go. By pushing out this wall, the space becomes much more "family friendly." The floor is going to be raised and the steps eliminated making this more suitable for senior living. The kitchen will be expanded and separated from the Library. The kitchen is almost stripped and ready to start. The Sunroom will be enhanced to take advantage of the natural light and to increase flow. The wall between the Kitchen and the Sunroom has been removed. Roof is exposed and ready to be raised. The Sunroom will be enhanced to take advantage of the natural light and to increase flow.
