A word about price shopping

We know there are other remodeling firms out there. We also realize that others may be less expensive, but we invite you to compare item by item the work listed in the Standard Features sheet. When you work with Sport Nobles Construction, you will receive a complete Scope of Work and detailed cost estimate.  Without that, how will you know what you are purchasing?  (Click here for a recent specification sheet that is an example of the detail included in our estimates.)  If another contractor is significantly below our bid, he has usually left something out and you will begin the painful process of negotiating for items that should have been included in the first place. We use only high quality subcontractors who have demonstrated time and time again that they can perform the work in a professional and timely manner. We are not “learning” on your home! 

The key to success

We have all heard the horror stories of less than reputable contractors who will start your project, take a down-payment and then leave town. Those are extreme cases.  What we find is that most clients are disappointed by contractors who are just plain disorganized. They do not order materials in a timely manner or schedule subcontractors appropriately with the result being your project drags and lasts forever!
